Hey, I’m Cameron!

I’m a 41-year old entrepreneur, apartment investor, multifamily broker, and commercial real estate coach. I am also the owner of www.cameronsseafood.com, the largest Maryland crab company. I used apartment commissions and rental income to invest in this small business which makes me $25,000 per month passively.

I achieved all of the above because I invested my apartment brokerage commissions and seafood into cash flowing multifamily deals and now I’m building an apartment empire.

I want to take you on this journey with me and teach you what I know and help you avoid some of the mistakes I made earlier in my career.

Real Estate Brokerage

From 2000 to 2019, I was a multifamily broker at a boutique firm. My team and I sold 60,000 units in 300 transactions totalling $6 billion dollars. 

I spent my last 10 years as President of the company after being the top sales person. I trained and mentored our new agents until they earned 6-figure commissions. 

In 2019, I opened my own brokerage called Cameron’s Commercial Real Estate (www.cameronscre.com). I started MCP because during COVID I couldn’t train new agents face-to-face so I created the first online training program catered to apartment investors and brokers. Real Estate Investments

My seafood company’s sales increased tenfold during COVID-19 so I invested my profits into apartment complexes. I have bought apartments worth over $100 million dollars. 

So far in 2021 I have personally purchased 24 units in Laurel, MD, 31 units in Baltimore, MD, 42 units in Greenbelt, MD and I have another one under contract right now!

I also invested as a limited partner in 4 other deals which are generating over $25,000/month passively.

I learned that being a broker first and investor second is the best. There is no insider trading so when I come across a deal that makes sense, I buy it. When I know I’m not the best buyer for a deal I broker it to someone that can pay the seller more. No matter what I make money.
